is to unite the body, breath, mind, and spirit. 
Through a series of poses and breathing techniques
you can experience strengthening and stretching in the muscles,
a freeing in the joints, and both physical and mental relaxation. 

We invite you to come and practice yoga whatever your reasons,
to play and explore, and to be open to the benefits it may bring.

Wednesday 3pm & 6pm

Breathing and Meditation 7:20pm
1st Wednesday of each Month
