Sue Foanio is a woman of passion, integrity, and the belief that dreams do come true, if we are but confident enough to pursue them.  Realizing her vision of bringing balance to the lives of everyday people, Sue launched Elite Physique in 2007.

Safety and self defense have been her passion since enrolling her 5 year old daughter in Tae Kwon Do in 1994; they studied and received their black belts together.  Sue opened San Carlos Tae Kwon Do School in 1999, providing a positive environment for the community’s youth to grow and build the confidence to pursue their dreams.  Following the events of September 11, Sue was certified as a self-defense instructor with America in Defense, teaching self-defense and response to airline employees across the country.

As Sue struggled with balancing her roles as mother, wife, business owner, instructor, and healthcare administrator, her vision expanded.  Understanding the busy lives of adults and youth, she created Elite Physique, a warm, friendly setting to give clients a personal place to work out, wind down, and bring balance to their hectic lives.  Elite Physique is one of several environments Sue has created within The Enerieus Companies to bring about a more balanced world.
