Motherwell Maternity Fitness follows the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecologists guidelines on exercise during pregnancy.  Participation in this class provides expectant mothers with in-class discussions and one-to-one support to help you with those tough questions.  This class prepares mothers-to-be for labor and delivery through meditation and relaxation exercises.  In addition, Motherwell Maternity Fitness is reimbursed by many HMO and medical insurers.  Check with your insurance carrier to learn more.

Christie is proud to present to you Motherwell, the #1 program for healthy mothers and babies.  It has been her passion to guide women through the most rewarding time in their lives.  Christine is here to help expectant mothers take care of their body, mind, and spirit before, during, and after pregnancy.
