with Master Mike Pick

Bay-Mountain Wing Tsun, Escrima and Tae Kwon Do

Ages 14 and up

The instruction is cusomized to the class.  The mix of multiple disciplines will include kicking, punching, self-defense techniques, weapons training for everyday situations, release techniques, escape tecniques and much more.
